What are your rates?

I offer flexible pricing to suit different business needs. You can choose from hourly support, monthly business support packages, or fixed-price bookkeeping packages, depending on the type of assistance you require. If you're unsure which option is right for you, I'd be happy to recommend the most suitable package.

How does payment work?

Payment is made by bank transfer following receipt of your invoice. Monthly packages are invoiced in advance, while hourly and fixed-price services are invoiced as agreed. For larger projects or ongoing services, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.

What software do you use?

I work with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft 365, allowing me to support a wide range of administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Absolutely! Every business is different, so I offer bespoke packages tailored to your individual requirements. If none of the standard packages are quite right, I'll be happy to create a solution that fits your needs.

Can I create a custom plan?
